Ability Physical Therapy and Fitness is a 6000 sq ft facility offering a fully equipped gym with exceptional equipment, a therapeutic pool, a Pilates-Yoga studio, an outdoor rehab area and a private bladder health specialty.
Our goal is to bring HOPE into healthcare. HOPE stands for Helping Other’s Potential Emerge.
Monday through Friday: 8:00am-7:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am-3:00pm
Our staff is dedicated to providing an encouraging environment focused on comfort, challenge and self- confidence. Ability Physical Therapy strives to bring the highest quality care to our patients and athletes.
We believe in the “hands on” approach to therapy with an emphasis on education for the prevention of injury.

All of the physical therapists at Ability are proficient at
manual therapy, exercise prescription and pain management. For Worker’s
Compensation patients, our facility also has innovative equipment for
industrial rehabilitation. We also house the only therapeutic pool in Yamhill
County.

While traveling down under, Nora had some unique experiences and learned some new techniques she will be bringing back to her patients in the U.S.A.She had the opportunity to visit physios across the world.Step backs have traveled to Australia now, in addition to Italy!And finally, the finish line...looking forward to sharing the newest adventure and information gained with all her patients.

Habitat Walk, Run, Ride 2011
For our second year running, employees of APT joined hundreds of other local residents to support Habitat for Humanity in their annual Walk, Run, Ride event. Ability PT was a sponsor for the event and our staff loves to be involved in happenings in the local community!

Nora's Travels 2011
On two recent trips, one to the Greens Creek mine in Alaska and another biking in Italy, Nora has been an ambassador for physical therapy. In Alaska she taught sessions on injury prevention and basic techniques for common work related injuries seen in miners. And the lady does practice what she preaches - just look at her doing "step backs" after a long day of biking in Italy!
